I wanted to know how far I could go with a hollow Fimo (polymer clay) construction. I wanted to create a thin, chaotic whole that retains the shape of the egg. It wasn't easy! It was of course already quite a hassle to place all the loose threads of Fimo on the egg and when I was almost done, it fell on the floor. Broken egg… but most of it could be saved. I left the hole as if the egg had hatched 😉 Here, too, I started with a chicken egg that was empty, which was dissolved in vinegar after baking the Fimo.
Zowel het ei als de voet zijn gemaakt van Fimo. Het geheel is 7 cm hoog en heeft een diameter van 4,9 cm.
