Zentangle vase

From one doodle cane to another doodle cane and another doodle cane… And then there were 10 patterns. What do you do with it? Refurbish an old vase 😊 Instead of the traditional black and white, I combined dark blue and white (windsor blue Fimo). It reminds me a bit of Delft Blue, but slightly different. Strictly speaking, it may not be quite a zentangle, I let the whole flow together organically and the geometric patterns are therefore less crisp, but I found it more suitable for this project. Where I normally think about a project for months and then spend months creating it, I only spent a few weekends on this project. I just started and saw where that took me. And I think the result turned out to be pretty special 😊

It is a terracotta vase on which a layer of polymer clay (Fimo) has been applied. The vase is 13 cm high and has a diameter of 11 cm.
